This page documents how recipients consent to receive text messages under SquareKeeper's SMS program, “SquareKeeper Operational Alerts.” It includes the written consent form completed during onboarding and the full program disclosures, and is published as a public reference for recipients, property administrators, and messaging carriers.
Recipients are property maintenance staff and other designated personnel at commercial properties managed by SquareKeeper's business customers. Operational SMS alerts notify these recipients of property events — for example, a text when someone reports a restroom or maintenance issue at the property, or a work-order status update. SquareKeeper does not send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages, and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
There is one opt-in method. During employment onboarding, each recipient completes and signs the written consent form shown below. The consent box on the form is blank by default — the recipient must actively check it and sign. Only after a recipient signs this form does an authorized property administrator enter that recipient's mobile number into the SquareKeeper application. A mobile number is never added without a signed consent form on file. Signed forms are retained by the property administrator.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment — the same operational alerts are also available to staff by email.
The form below is the written consent each recipient completes during onboarding. Property administrators may to collect signatures.
