Does my whole crew need to speak English?

No. SquareKeeper Works runs in English and Spanish, and each person picks their own: one tap, on their own Android phone. Nobody on the crew gets left out.

Do my clients need to download anything?

No, nothing to download. Your client gets a clean PDF and a live link they can open in any browser, and it stays live for as long as your account is active: no app, no login, no account to create. And if your client runs their property on SquareKeeper, it gets even better: connect the two once and with one tap a report goes straight into their records and they're notified automatically. No email chains, no re-uploading, no “did you get it?” Your work shows up, filed, right where they manage everything else. Same report, a lot more value on both ends.
