Why fleets run it

Fewer go-backs. Less fuel, less labor.

A go-back burns a driver's hour and a truck's fuel to redo one stop. Fleet helps cut them from both ends: photo proof and counts settle the "you missed us" calls that send trucks back for nothing, and the daily missed-stop check catches a real miss the same afternoon, so it folds into today's route instead of becoming tomorrow's special trip. Fewer credits, fewer angry calls, fewer wasted miles.

The morning it exists for

The customer found the half-emptied bins before you did.

A property employee walks the lot at 6:50 AM, photographs two full containers your record says were serviced, and texts the property manager. Now it's a phone call, a chase, and a credit. Fleet makes that morning short: the driver's photo, the count, the time, and the customer's notification all exist before anyone has to ask.

What it does

Verification in the field. Customers who already know.

Fleet is not routing software and it is not a back office. It is the layer neither of them has: proof that the work happened, and a customer notified the moment it did.

Prove every pickup

One press in the cab captures a photo with the time and location stamped onto the record, tamper-evident from the moment it lands. No signal in the enclosure? Captures queue on the device and upload when coverage returns.

Count what was actually emptied

"All 4" is a single press. A short count takes a reason: blocked, overfull, no access, not out. The record says 2 of 4 and why, instead of a flat "serviced" that falls apart the first time someone walks the lot.

Tell the customer before they call

The moment a stop is serviced, or partially serviced, the customer's contact gets an email in plain words, with a link to a live page of their service history and photos. No login, no app. Contacts who opt in also get a text the moment it happens.

The two-sided record

Customers can report a missed or short pickup right from their live page. Their report and your driver's proof sit side by side with timestamps, so a dispute becomes a lookup, not an argument.

The route, on paper and on the map

The office sets the pickup order for each material stream. Drivers see today's stops in the cab, the office prints the route sheet, and one tap opens turn-by-turn directions over the whole run.

Know about a miss the same day

Every afternoon, Fleet checks the day's schedule against what was proven and emails the office anything with no service recorded, while there's still time to send a truck back.

Keeps your back office

Not another system to migrate to.

Fleet doesn't touch your billing, dispatch, or accounting software, and it doesn't ask your office to learn one. Drivers press one button, in English or Spanish. Everything else, the record, the notification, the live page, the missed-stop check, is automatic. The big national haulers notify their customers automatically; now your operation does too.
